AC Service NYC was started by two brothers who grew up fixing steam heat in Queens walk-ups. We still run the company the same way: answer the phone, show the price, do the work right.

How we got here
2009
Started as a two-van boiler repair shop out of a Sunnyside garage.
2014
Added ductless mini-split division as brownstone conversions took off.
2019
Moved into the Northern Blvd shop and grew to a 10-truck fleet.
2024
Launched heat pump retrofits and full Con Edison rebate handling.

Licensed with the NYC Department of Buildings, EPA Section 608 Universal certified for refrigerant handling, and registered with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. Insurance certificates are available on request for any building or management company.
